明华网新闻主播: 许 倩

许倩(Qian Xu Yin)生于南京,长于无锡,10岁开始主持节目。多次荣获省、市朗诵及演讲比赛金奖,多次荣获最佳节目主持人称号。2002-2007年,担任加拿大多元文化广播电 台莎城华声节目编辑与主持。2004年春节,应无锡人民广播电台新闻台邀请,参加“周末生活” 春节特别节目的直播。

许倩于2007年夏移居美国明州,应邀参加了明州华人主办的多场音乐会的演出。 2001年许倩以特优生的殊荣毕业于加拿大University of Saskatchewan 音乐系声乐专业。毕业后曾多次应邀在加拿大、美国和中国参加各种演出。2006年荣获加拿大莎省艺术委员会颁发的 Performing Arts 基金奖。 同年又获加拿大莎省音乐协会颁发的基金奖。2007年2月和5月,许倩与著名的俄国钢琴家 Alexandra Diederichsen 联合举办了《由文艺复兴到今天》,《季节的旋律》等两场专题 音乐会。她的CD “Melodies without Borders“曾在加拿大获得《总督艺术奖》的 (Centerpiece) 和《加西音乐奖》 (古典音乐类) 提名奖。

2008年春节期间,分别应大芝加哥地区华侨华人联合会的邀请和加拿大莎省华人庆新年筹委会的邀请,参加春节晚会的演出。


Current Minhua Web news anchorwoman. Qian was born in Nanjing and grew up in Wuxi. She began to play the role of MC when she was 10 years old. She has received awards for best MC for various major events in Jiangsu Province before she moved to Canada. She worked as an editor and host at the multicultural radio station (CFCR 90.5) in Saskatoon, Canada, during 2002-2007. Through collaboration between CFCR90.5 and the Wuxi Radio Station, Qian was invited to join the Wuxi Radio Station to broadcast live from Canada. In 2004, she was invited to China to co-host a Chinese New Year Celebration program in Wuxi.

Qian is better known to many as a soprano. Qian received her voice training in both China and Canada with a number of reputed professors including Liu Ruo-e and Bian Jinzu of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Dr. Garry Gable of University of Saskatchewan in Canada. Qian graduated in 2001 with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. Since graduation, Qian has had many opportunities holding concerts or participating in performances as a soloist in Western Canada. In February and May 2007, Qian, together with a world-class Russian pianist Alexandra Diederichsen and two principle musicians from the Saskatoon Symphony, presented two concerts “From the Renaissance to the Present Time” and “Nature in Music”, respectively. Qian is a recipient of a number of SaskMusic grants. She was awarded the Performing Arts Creative Grant by the Saskatchewan Arts Board in 2005, and produced her first CD “Melodies without Borders” in Canada in 2006. In Feb 2007, Qian successfully held her CD Release concert with generous support from SaskMusic and the Saskatchewan Arts Board. Her CD was selected as a centerpiece at the Lieutenant Governor’s Arts Awards in Canada held in Saskatoon, and was also nominated for the Classical Music Category for the Western Canadian Music Awards in 2007.

After moving to Minnesota, Qian has been in high demand by various musical events as a guest soprano. She was recently invited to perform in Chicago, and back to Canada.
